FIT4BABY is a 6-week program that includes:
- Private small group classes taught by a certified prenatal fitness instructor

Session Details: We will meet every Wednesday at 730pm inside The Cycle Station. This is a mom only class, children are not allowed to attend alongside. Spaces are limited and are on a first come first served basis.
