A Workout Program Designed Specifically for Moms-to-Be

FIT4BABY is a 6-week program that incorporates community-based workouts, weekly education and resources, a private group to connect with other mamas-to-be, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. Build the mental and physical endurance and strength your body needs for pregnancy, birth, and beyond with FIT4BABY, Mama!

Free Open House: April 23rd 730pm at The Cycle Station

Come learn about the program and experience a mini workout from this sessions instructor!

We will meet every Wednesday for 6 weeks! 730pm at The Cycle Station

This is a mom only class, children are not allowed to attend alongside. Spaces are on a first come first served basis
