A Workout Program Designed Specifically for Moms-to-Be

FIT4BABY is a 6-week program that includes:

  • Private small group classes taught by a certified prenatal fitness instructor
  • Meetings with prenatal/postnatal experts
  • A private group to connect with other mamas-to-be with daily prenatal education and check ins
  • Class Credits to use for FIT4MOM Stroller Classes
  • Access to FIT4MOMs Virtual On Demand app, an extensive collection of workouts ready for you
  • A Bump Journal to document your pregnancy journey.

Session Details: We will meet every Wednesday at 730pm inside The Cycle Station. This is a mom only class, children are not allowed to attend alongside. Spaces are limited and are on a first come first served basis.
