Summer Strides Series
Welcome to our 8-Week Run Club! Whether you're just getting started on your journey to a 5K or looking to sharpen your performance, this program is designed to support every step. With two energizing group runs each week, personalized day-to-day calendar to keep you on track, and a welcoming community, you'll gain more than just endurance—you'll gain motivation, accountability, and fun. Participants receive a club t-shirt and price includes entry into two 5K races: one at the halfway point and one to celebrate your progress at the finish! Avid runners training for longer distances are also encouraged to join and benefit from structured support and camaraderie. Let’s crush those goals—together!

- 8 weeks of a customized running plan, specifically for you and your level.
- 2 optional group runs a week (Track Tuesdays 730 pm & Long Run Saturdays 7am)

- entry into two 5k events (session price can be discounted if you are unable to attend)
- Access to FIT4MOM Virtual On Demand workouts for your cross training and active recovery days
- Group communication for weekly education, daily check ins, and comradery
