Run Club

Welcome! This is Run Club with FIT4MOM BCS

Whether you’re lacing up for the first time or looking to hit a new PR, Run Club is for YOU. This is a supportive, all-levels training program designed with your current pace and goals in mind.

You'll get a motivating, structured plan from your Run Club coach to help you confidently train for a 5K, 10K, or Half Marathon

The current session will be working towards a 5k finish but all mile length goals will be honored and customized for you if you have a larger goal in mind!

Session includes:

  • 8 weeks of a customized running plan, specifically for you and your level. Your coach will connect with you to learn more about your current running experience and goals.
  • A highly encouraged group run on Saturday mornings at 7am
  • In person and real time virtual Mobility & Core workout each Tuesday evening at 7pm
  • Access to FIT4MOM Virtual On Demand workouts for your cross training and active recovery days
  • Class Credits to use at any of our in person classes or virtual live classes
  • Group communication for weekly education, daily check ins, and comradery

Run Club is stroller friendly, so strap those littles in and go fast mama!
