Welcome! This is Run Club with FIT4MOM BCS
Whether you’re lacing up for the first time or looking to hit a new PR, Run Club is for YOU. This is a supportive, all-levels training program designed with your current pace and goals in mind.
You'll get a motivating, structured plan from your Run Club coach to help you confidently train for a 5K, 10K, or Half Marathon - all with a crew that cheers you on every step of the way. We meet you where you are and guide you toward your own finish line, whether that’s your first 3 miles or your strongest 13.1.

- 8 weeks of a customized running plan, specifically for you and your level. Your coach will connect with you to learn more about your current running experience and goals.
- An optional but highly encouraged group run on Saturdays
