8 Week Body Well Transformation Session
Our 8 Week Body Well Transformation session includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes & meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges that focus on your well-being, inside & out. We also focus on strength, form, proper breathing, and how to support your pelvic floor when working out.

Session information: Classes meet 2 times per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 730pm at T-Fit Athletics. No children are allowed at these workouts. We encourage regular attendance for best results. Spots fill on a first come, first served basis.
