8 Week Body Well Session

Your 8 Week Body Well Transformation session includes:
- A certified postpartum fitness coach with multiple years in the industry.
- Private small group indoor classes
- Nutritional guidance with recipes & meal planners

- 8 week Virtual Class Pass to attend our Body Ignite classes
- Access to FIT4MOMS Virtual On Demand workouts, which is an extensive collection of ready for you workouts
- Access to a dry sauna & tanning bed.
We focus on strength, form, proper breathing, pelvic floor support, and mental stamina.
Session dates: September 2nd - October 23rd
Session information: Classes meet 2 times per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 730pm at T-Fit Athletics. No children are allowed at these workouts. We encourage regular attendance for best results. Spots fill on a first come, first served basis. Payment plans available.
