Our 8 Week Body Well Transformation session is our small group fitness training just for moms. We focus on strength, form, proper breathing, and how to support your pelvic floor when working out.

Classes meet 2 times per week. We encourage regular attendance for best results. Spots are limited and fill on a first come, first served basis. Session is limited to just 12 moms.
