Fit4Baby®

Our classes exclusively for expecting mamas meet every Monday at 7pm for a great indoor workout!

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

Stroller Strides® (AM classes)

With classes in Bryan and College Station 6 days a week, you will find a class that fits your schedule!

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Body Back® 8 Week Program

We only accept 10 moms per session. Our next one starts soon and spots fill quickly!

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. The program also includes nutrition guidance, supplemental online workouts, accountability, pre and post fitness assessments and support. This journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

Strides 360® (PM classes)

Classes held Tuesday/Thursdays 6pm.

Strides 360 promises a heart-pumping workout focused on mom, designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. With various agility equipment, timed runs or walks, and body weight conditioning we focus on the most important muscle, your heart!

Our 360 membership for working moms also includes Saturday Stroller Strides!

Our FIT4MOM® Couch to 5K/10K Training Session is designed for moms who are new to running, returning to running or just want to have support while they train for a 5K or a 10K. If finishing your first race or getting faster is your goal, we can help you with that! Our program is stroller-friendly, mom-centric, an is suitable for beginners or experienced runners.

No running experience required!

Now with our new schedule, you'll get to see her Tuesday and Thursday mornings! She's been a special part of our village for a little while now but we wanted you to hear her story... "I found out about Fit4Mom right before my 2nd was born and I wish I found it sooner! This village has become family and I love each and every mom and their kiddos in this group! Before I joined Fit4Mom, I was in the worst shape I have ever been in. I was athletic all through college and played soccer for 19 years. Having 2 kids, 17 months apart took a toll on my body, but thanks to Fit4Mom, I am in the best shape of my life! I even ran my first half marathon in December which is something I NEVER saw myself doing. My love for Fit4Mom definitely shows! I'm always greeting every mom with a smile and spreading the word of Fit4Mom everywhere!" "In September of 2018, I was asked to become an instructor and to teach a brand new program called Strides 360. Without hesitation or even knowing about the program I said yes! I love helping moms to reach their fitness goals and in the short 5 months that I have been an instructor, so many goals have been crushed by these strong moms! It brings tears to my eyes when I receive a thank you text or a screenshot of them beating their mile time or running that extra mile they couldn't do 2 months ago. Whether you're a size 2, a size 12, or a size 22, your curves and your heart and your soul make you an incredible human and an incredible woman. It's time we start looking at ourselves in the mirror and loving everything that we see...the stretch marks from birthing a baby or breastfeeding 3 kids. The dark circles under our eyes that mean we our nurturing our children by wake-ups to nightmares and late-night feedings. The saggy skin from carrying a baby for 9 months. The cellulite from enjoying LIFE and eating the cake and not regretting it.
