8 Week Body Well Session

Our Body Well™ Program is about taking 8 weeks to refocus on you, one day at a time -- for your body and soul. In this program, you will join our mamahood sisterhood; a community full of support, encouragement, and TLC. Beyond the workout portion of this program, you will also gain access to educational resources that will teach you how to nourish your body with nutrient-dense, whole-foods and simple ingredients (with a full nutrition and recipe guide).

  • Small group fitness coaching including 2 High Intensity Interval Workouts per week (required)

  • Optional strength training class one day per week

  • *ALL NEW* Seasonal recipes + meal planners

  • Meal tracking + coaching

  • Online workout video library

  • Private online group to connect with class

  • Unlimited support from instructor & other moms in class

  • Strong community support

  • Before and after photos, measurements and assessments to track progress and SEE RESULTS!

*This class is for women only, no children. It is recommended that you be at least 6 months postpartum before beginning this program.

    • Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays | 7:30-8:30 PM | Meyer Senior Center

    • Strength class meets Mondays l 5:30-6:15 AM l Virtually

Classes meet 2 times per week and we encourage regular attendance for best results. Spots are limited and filled on a first come, first served basis, and the session is limited to just 10 moms.
