8 Week Fitness & Wellness Session

Your 8 Week Body Well session includes:

  • A certified postpartum fitness coach with multiple years in the industry.
  • Private small group training
  • Nutritional guidance with weekly recipes
  • Habit tracking and daily checklists for accountability
  • Goal setting and one on one mentoring to achieve your goal
  • Group messaging for daily education and inspiration
  • Weekly challenges that focus on your well-being, inside & out
  • Virtual Class Pass to attend our Body Ignite classes
  • Access to FIT4MOMS Virtual On Demand workouts, which is an extensive collection of ready for you workouts.

We focus on strength, form, proper breathing, pelvic floor support, and mental stamina.

Virtual & In person available.

Session information: Classes meet 2 times per week on Tuesdays and Thursday 730-830pm If opting for virtual only, a live streaming of class will begin at the start of class. You will be just as involved in the session as others, however access to the facility is not available. Virtual is a great option to stay accountable and achieve your goals if childcare isn't attainable! This is a mom only class, no children are allowed to attend. We encourage regular attendance for best results. Spots fill on a first come, first served basis.
