1.What does motherhood mean to you?
To me, motherhood is being a nurturer. From soothing an infant, to creating an environment where they can grow into kind and thoughtful adults, it's all a state of nurturing.
2.What are you doing to reach your fitness goals?
I recently started running because my stepson Ethan loves running and I wanted a healthy activity we could do together, I still hate running but I'm definitely proud of myself for doing it! Also, I'm trying to drink more water, which I also hate.
3.What has Fit4Mom BCS done for you?
So much! It's given me confidence, I feel infinitely better about my body, and I love that I'm getting to set a positive example for my kiddos!
4.What is your favorite exercise?
Definitely not push ups! Although, I have to say, my list of exercises I don't like has gotten shorter since I started Stroller Strides, simply because I can successfully do more exercises now!
5.What is your proudest moment as a mom?
Any time I see them do something kind, I'm just over the moon.
6.What are three of your favorite things (besides your family!)?
I love cooking, hiking, and Dr Pepper
7.Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us or makes you unique.
My nickname in college waa Wikipedia, because I'm a sponge for random useless trivia, especially about tv, I once won $250 at an Arrested Development trivia night!
8.If we asked your spouse what they think your best qualities are, what would they say?
He'd say that I'm a good listener, and that I'm understanding.
