Body Boost® MINI sessions are a 4-week "mini version" of our 8-week transformation program focused on maintenance and accountability to continue improving your overall health and well being. MINI sessions include two high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) per week designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you.
