Meet E!

She began Strides in February and we have loved having her every second! She is there almost every day with her two boys in tow and usually beats us all there! Her friendly and outgoing demeanor have been a great addition to our village of mamas!!

1.What does motherhood mean to you?

Motherhood means everything to me! I am lucky enough to stay home with my boys and I love (almost-ha!) every minute! I never knew I could love somebody so much until I had kids. Motherhood is sacrifice-the best kind. But I wouldn't change any of it. The joy from I get watching my boys grow, learn, and play outweighs any negative there is.

2.What are you doing to reach your fitness goals?

I overhauled our diet at home and started us back on healthier meals and snacks. I've gotten my husband back to working out again, too! Its l have also been pulling the boys in the buggy behind my bicycle again almost everyday!

Meet Paola!

She started Stroller Strides a few months after her first daughter was born. She quickly became a part of our village and always works hard with a smile on her face! She attended class through her second pregnancy and joined the double stroller club!

Paola will be moving back to Mexico this month and will be truly missed by everyone. We had to send her off right and honor this mama's dedication to self care!

1.What does motherhood mean to you?

Motherhood is the best gift God and life could give me.

Is that unconditional love, sacrifice, infinite patience, those kisses and hugs that cure everything. Especially for me motherhood and becoming a mother was a miracle !!! My first daughter was a surprise after 5 years of marriage and when I knew I was pregnant I thought: this is not real !!! That's why we usually call her : our sweet Unicorn. Today, I am a mom of two little girls: Mariette, she is 20 months and Melissa almost 4 months. I just can say gratefully that motherhood is real. God's times are perfect !!!

Meet Lauren!

Lauren and her sweet baby girl attend Stroller Strides together. You can always count on the to bring a contagious smile and cheerful laugh. Lauren brings so much joy into the group and we have loved watching her and Callie grow! Lauren recently ran her firs 5k with FIT4MOM BCS mamas and has joined the session of Body Back®!!

1.What does motherhood mean to you?

  1. Motherhood is such a blessing, a gift from God. It's so important and scary yet fun and beautiful all at the same time. Motherhood is a purpose for me, and I hope to guide my little one and any future little ones under God's grace even when they are grown and have babies themselves.

2.What are you doing to reach your fitness goals?

I have joined this session of body back! I'm really excited for the challenge as much as I am the results. Plus extra time with girlfriends is always great!

3.What has Fit4Mom BCS done for you?

Fit4mom has given me the physical and mental strength to keep up with my baby. Yep - she's only 9 months, but that girl is a busy body...

Meet Lyndsee!

This mama has made fitness a priority for her second pregnancy and we are so excited to honor her just weeks for baby Brylee arrives! She shows up to class with Brooks ready to WERK! She also just completed a 5k with us and her family by her side. We are so lucky to have you a part of Our Village, Lyndsee!

1.What does motherhood mean to you?

Motherhood is a love that you can’t even fathom or describe until you have experienced it yourself. It’s basically the best thing ever. It’s not always pretty, or glamorous, or even fun for that matter but it is something that despite its challenges, I would never in a million years give up or change.

2.What are you doing to reach your fitness goals?

Currently, my fitness goals are basically nonexistent since getting out of bed each morning feels like a workout, but here in a few short weeks my goal will be to get back into shape and back to the point I was at before I got pregnant with Brylee. So there will be lots of workouts, that I hopefully will be on time to, and maybe, just maybe some clean eating but...
